Alliance races: detailed analysis

The Alliance is a faction with strong “control” races. Let's look at what really gives you an advantage.

Man

The main trump card is"Every man for himself": Removes control effects, works as a free trinket. Plus “Diplomacy” (quick reputation) and a bonus to spirit. The best Alliance PvP race for almost any class.

Night Elf

"Merging with the Shadow" — exit from battle at any time, ideal for rogi and druids. Passive: Increased evasion and speed while in spirit form. In the classics - the best race for a druid tank.

Dwarf

"Stone Form" relieves bleeding, poisons and diseases - a direct response to the horn and wars. Plus resistance to ice magic and bonus to archeology. An excellent choice for healers and tanks.

Gnome

"The Escape Artist" removes slow and hold effects: against magicians and hunters this saves lives. The bonus to intelligence makes the gnome a good caster.

Draenei

"Gift of the Naaru" - heal yourself and the group: in PvP this is an additional “healing cooldown”. Plus a bonus to accuracy, which is useful for fighters.

Allied Races

Worgen — “Dark Frenzy” (+crit),Abyss Elf — teleport and damage bonus,Lightforged Draenei — powerful burst,Kul Tirans — removal of control and flexibility of the elements.

Who to choose

For PvP: human (if you need a control remover) or dwarf (if you are bothered by slowdowns). For PvE: dwarf (vitality) or draenei (accuracy). For solo play: night elf.
